The purpose of Christian education is to guide the process of spiritual growth toward God’s design for His people: godliness in both character and conduct.

As a church, we devote ourselves to this calling so that “the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:17).

We strive to provide sound, biblically grounded teaching and theological training for all ages and stages of life.

Vacation Bible School (VBS)

We host an annual Vacation Bible School open to all children in our community, kindergarten through 6th grade.

When Is VBS?

VBS is typically held during the last week of June, Monday–Friday, from 6:30–9:00 p.m.

Our curriculum partner is Group Publishing, which provides engaging, biblically faithful materials designed to help children understand and apply God’s Word.

What to Expect

During VBS, children will:

  • Hear and explore stories from the Bible
  • Learn and memorize Scripture
  • Sing engaging, faith-centered songs
  • Participate in skits and hands-on activities
  • Create crafts and enjoy recreation
  • Explore science activities
  • Take part in mission projects
  • Enjoy snacks and time with friends

Why We Do VBS

VBS is an opportunity to teach children about Jesus and encourage them to grow in Christlikeness.

“Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man.” — Luke 2:52

We desire to see children grow in:

  • Wisdom through biblical teaching
  • Faith as they learn about God’s love
  • Character as they build healthy friendships and life skills
